The Speedway Public Liability Insurance does not cover the
Speedway Club's facility 24 hours a day, 365 days per year but rather only on
race nights or other restricted activities conducted by the Speedway Club.
For this reason the Speedway Club advises the Kart Club that there is no Public
Liability Insurance on the facility and the Public and Competitors enter the
Premises at their own risk.
Allocated Practice Days as advised by the Speedway are as
follows, any unauthorised usage of the facility will result in the person/s
being banned from the complex by the Speedway.
